A parent should not panic their child into losing weight as this can have an adverse reaction, after all, weight takes time to put on and will also take time to lose if done safely. Always be careful where you throw your money as not all the diets are worth pursuing and they may also make your child extremely sad as well.

Care is required as some teen weight loss plans (and adult for that matter) can actually be harmful especially as they have not yet finished growing.
