You can but I’m not a fan of fat burners as most don’t work and they contain so much garbage you don’t know what you’re getting. The only fat burner I advocate (and I’m still not convinced its a fat burner despite what people say) is green tea. I use green tea extract daily but my primary goal for taking it is for the general health benefits not for fat burning purposes. If it burns fat too, that’s great, but I take it for my health primarily.

, i know this is not a energy booster or anything its just an appetite suppresent, thats what am looking for and the work that i have to do, it does not matter because am a swimmer, thats one of the reasons i want to loose weight, so i do a very intense work, i just need something that controls my appetite.
ok, i bought hoodia gordoni Hoodia Gordonii DEX-L10 South African Hoodia Gordonii, Capsules, 60-Count Bottle the advance version,, is this safe,, let me know as soon as possible because i havent open it yet, just in case i have to return, it, hope you can fill me in with this product, am a very skeptical person about this sort of things, also am about 40 pounds overweight which means am about 210 right now and i want to go down to 170

alright- here’s the final facts. You can believe me or not, I’m just going on what Hoddia did for me. Or didn’t do in this case. Bought it- Stood with it. for a year. It didn’t do a damn thing short of costing $273. You got that kinda money to waste? -Then go ahead. But now you know. Here’s one fat guy helping other fat guys out. Don’t make my mistakes… ~Sigh~
I think thats where people get it wrong. Some people seem to think that you just pop a hoodia pill each day and no more effort is required and the weight drops off. No such pill exists, but I do want to get some hoodia though. Im not a comfort eater and I dont eat when Im bored so I guess it will work for me. Im also gonna combine it with vibration training and daily use on my treadmill. Hopefully I’ll see results. Nice video by the way
Exactly. Hoodia DOES NOT burn fat. It simply suppresses your appetite so you don’t eat as much. Thus if you eat less, you’ll lose weight.
Hoodia is not supposed to burn fat it supresses your appetite so you eat less.
I thought I answered your question 2 months ago (so your previous question and my response). The answer is yes – you can take hoodia with fat burner pills (that do or don’t have caffeine).
