I’m a relatively young-ish guy (35) and was a little freaked when my “bad cholesterol” came up borderline high on my last exam. I didn’t want to go so far as to start taking Rx meds, but I wanted to fix this problem before it got any worse. So Sterolyn seemed ideal, it seemed like a good “happy medium” for me. I like the product and i’m proud to say that my numbers have gone down across the board. I plan to keep taking Sterolyn, so I won’t run into problems down the line.

Sorry, but I’m not familiar with doxycycline so I cannot comment on it.

    wat about doxycycline???

  • hoodianews says:

It *might.* Hoodia doesn’t always work for everyone. Assuming it does, it could help. I would try a more natural approach at first. Try eating cottage cheese or a protein shake at night with primarily milk protein caseinate. These are slow digesting proteins that will help you feel full longer. Drinking water will help too (but not too much before bed). You could even mix some hoodia powder with the cottage cheese and protein shake!

I eat healthy, balanced meals a few times a day, plus a few healthy extras. If that was it I would not need Hoodia, but I can’t sleep through the night without needing to eat about three times. Will hoodia help me to sleep through the night?

You’re just plugging brands… how much did they pay you?

  • hoodianews says:

Yes, it is authentic. Along with Desert Burn and Hoodoba, Natural Health Hoodia is 100% authentic. The only reason I don’t normally recommend it is it only has 400mg per capsule (vs. 750mg for the other 2 brands).

Have anyone ever heard of Natural Health Pharmaceuticals Certified Hoodia? I just wanted to know is it among the one’s that is truly 100% hoodia. I’m taking it and it seems to make me full.I would like to know if it’s real or is my mind playing tricks on me.
