ya true that i had a friend that told me that he wished he could be fat so he could show how easy he could loose the weight

  • suvodipmitra says:

not true, people collecting and doing research emperically might have never been fat, but they dont talk nonsense like “2. dont eat and let the body in startvation mode after 7pm.” So, better take cousel from people with long term experience and people who have researched.

  • fatlossweekly says:

    Here’s the rundown:
    1. drink only [filtered] water
    2. don’t eat after 7pm
    3. take chromium for sugar cravings
    4. stop eating wheat and sugar
    5. take a multi-vitamin
    6. do a liver cleanse
    7. exercise 4 hours a week
    8. take iodoral for thyroid issues

!!! and dont take advice from people who were NEVER fat in their life !!

Here’s the diet that works for me:

    (1) Eat three sensible meals a day; preferely turkey salads, turkey sandwich, home-made vegetable soups,

    (2) Always… stay somewhat hungry after a meal, DO NOT FILL YOUR STOMACH.

    (3) Between meals: Very moderated amounts of fruit.

    (4) DO NOT eat after 6 pm…

    (5) Exercise everyday for about 20-30 minutes, aside from your everyday routine (work, school, etc.). I do jumping jax, and I time myself for a total of 2-min. 10 times a day.
