    Portion Control.. I eat small portions every 2-3 hours. Nothing is fattening if the portion is small enough,not even cheesecake. That with ab work I maintain a 30″ waist with 6 pack.

    don’t for this blasphemy it’s all a bull shit you can’t lose weight no matter what you I tried every tip in this video and every weight loss program known to man. NONE OF IT WORKS! as a matter of fact I gained over 100 pounds while on nutrisystem. but on the bright side the pressure is off I returned to my luxurious life of fast food binges and constant cardiac arrest

    i havent changed my diet much but ive been workin out perdy much everyday for atleast an hour. but ive noticed that after i work out im not hungry so if i work out early in the night i wont be as tempted to have lil before bed snack. ive been doin this for about 2 weeks now and im seein tiny results. i just dont wanna start eating super restrictivley and get sick of the whole thing

    Uhh eat hot cheeto’s. Lol thats what I do.
    Spicy foods fill you up and drink lots of water and tea. And if your feeling hungry just keep yourself busy by walking outside or something. And chew on ice. When your feeling really hungry, look at thinspo’s, they’ll keep you motivated.
    And excersize.. Alot.

    i lost 77 lbs but i put most of it back on. I ate 1500 cal a day and rode the exersize bike 1/2 hr a day.and lost 10-15 lbs a month.then i started overeating becuase i was starving. hunger would start coming in waves. i couldnt take it. it seemed my body was really trying to get that weight back.I went off diet and just cant seem to fend of the hunger and get back on track and sugestions on how to beat the hunger
