    oh & hydroxycut is HORRIBLE. It was taken off the shelf by FDA a few months back due 2 deaths. It has since been re-released but using these things is just asking 4 trouble.
    There’s TONS of stuff u can do 2 lose weight fast. Problem is, most of it is water weight at 1st & excess storage in the intestines etc aka poop ;)
    Most ppl’s problem is not just losing weight but KEEPING it off. At least that was my prob. I can lose weight by going on a diet, but u cant stay on a diet 4ever.

    finally some people are catching on. Some of the comments on here are still misinformed, but they are getting closer to reality.
    THE REALITY is (AND WHAT THIS VIDEO MISSES BIG TIME) is that everyone is different. Who is he directing this towards? A 5 ft. woman who gained 20 lbs during a pregnancy? A 6ft man who was injured and couldn’t work out for a year and gained 25 lbs?? A person whose always been fat and wants to now get fit?
    You simply can’t follow generalizations like this. HORRIBLE.

    its great to eat veggies before ur meal so you’re already halfway full, makes sense right? + the protein shake which can also help a lot of people get their sweet tooth cravings out of the way, I happen to really like the milkshake flavor shakes, yum! Also if ur drinking a lot of water everyday that keeps your stomach fuller and you’ll have less cravings. He also mentioned a green tea suppliment, this is also a well known way to stop hunger cravings. I think this would be a great diet to try.

    I shit you not my friend. I wouldn’t lie, especially not over the internet, that’s just lame. But it won’t work for everyone cuz not everyone knows how to control their eating habits while using their products and that’s why they don’t see results. You gotta control your eating and try to stay away greasy food and junk as much as possible and trust me you will see results.

    this is a very extreme diet. i can lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks, not as much as this diet, but its still too much and i dont recommend that kind of diet. My reason?

    because when you are so strict on your diet you will start craving food and you will probably eat too much when the diet is over, gaining your weight back.

    losing 1-3 lbs a week is easier and not such a shock to your body.

    Dude, I’m 5’4 and weighed 203. According to my Doctor, I am officially OBESE!!! That sucks. I’ve been using these products from a Company called Herbalife, which has locations around the world, I have purchased an Herbal Tea, Fiber Pills, and a Protein Milkshake mix from them and i lost 5 pounds in a week just eating smaller portions and taking their products. I just hope I can continue ’cause fast food is like crack to me, lol.

    I wonder if this really works and doesn’t cause any bad damage 2 my heart or anything. my mom took them when she was in college and they caused a little hole in her kidney, so I don’t want that 2 happen 2 me!

    One thing I would stress is that make sure you eat enough calories that help maintain body function or else basically you’d be putting your body through starvation mode and that loses muscle! ( just FYI, the TEE formula is used to find out the number of calories you need.)

    Make sure to get all your daily required nutrients!

    oh wow! thank you for the info… i already talked with my boyfriend and read to him your comment, we think we’re just gona do the 4 small meals a day, drink lots of water, and have atleast 20 mins crunches… fruit is a fave snack so far, i do hope this diet works… again thank you so much… ^_^

    Please be careful about fat burning pills. I’m a dietetics major and we learned that there were no long term studies about the effects of fat burning pills. They might not be safe. Hydroxycut was actually recently taken from the shelves because it caused kidney failure.

    The most important things are to lose the weight safely and maintain that weight loss. If you use diets that cut out a food group or anything, can you see yourself maintaining that for the rest of your life?
    I would say increase your physical activity to at least 30 minutes for 5-7 days of the week. That will gradually cause weight loss and you would be able to maintain it. Aerobic exercise has been shown to increase weight loss.

    Interval training. Sprint 30 sec, jog 1 min. That helped me lose 15 lbs. More importantly I got muscles!
