    Umm… I don’t think this said to eat ONLY the bananas. Two bananas isn’t “terrible,” so long as you have normal body processes.

    I usually get to dinner around 7, but the point is to not eat late at night, when you’re going to sleep soon, which means you don’t burn *any* calories you’ve eaten recently. And if you’re hungry later, a veggie of some sort isn’t going to hurt things.

    Its not about stringent rules, its about knowing when to eat, and what to eat to get the ‘full’ effect.

    I’m not sure about the diet working, but water doesn’t make you “not want to eat.” Sometimes, we mistake our feelings of thirst for hunger. While you think that you need to eat that nice burger, all your body needs is a glass of water.

    weird thing happens when i go on a “diet” i stay exactly the same…. if i don’t pig out and just eat 3 regular meals a day with no seconds, i loose weight…. don’t get it

    i thought too many bananas in 1 day was bad 4 u? dont they do the opposite of making you loose weight? or am i wrong. i dunno, im no expert. whatever happened to eating healthy and exercising? im quite interested to see if it works tho, although i dont advise it, but if anyone has tried leave me a comment on my page telling me if it worked or not. im curious.

    how about eating whatever you want and exercising? …
    people shouldn’t go on these diets, because first off, eating too many bananas is Terrible for you! .. and just 1 meal/day is pretty bad too…
    i really don’t know too many people that eat dinner before 6:00 … and not eat anything for about 6 more hours till they sleep…

    No, I just eat them in the morning and as quick snacks at work. I hate the after taste of bananas, so I don’t go “bananas” when eating them. It helped a lot. I hear black beans are good too because they are super high in fiber.

    And she lost weight!! ha ha Its like joke but she did lose weight. I wish I could be on this diet too, but I dont like bananas.

    this is how i lost weight
    1.will power
    2 water water water
    3hydroxycut diet pill
    4.eat healthy the pills not going to let you eat fat stuff anyway i ate the same stuff and lost alot of weight
    5.exercise walk jog jumping jacks works best
    6. weight scale (suprised)
    i weighed 187 and now i weigh 142 i want to weigh 130 but i havent worked out or anything still weigh the same 142 lol it cuase i dont have the will power nomrore probly cuase i lost my first goal this time not using pills

    Please read all you can from Gabriel Cousens, Angela Stokes, David Wolfe and try going on a juice detox. Your system is just toxic and needs a cleanse. You also need to start feeding your intestines with good bacteria. Let me know if you want more info. Blessings and Health to you!
