@ 160.8 ……….thus DRINKING WATER is the only way for me to stay on ketosis and burn the fat as energy. I have more motivation as I have concluded what will and what wont work for me. This is my experience and everyone is different. I will stick to ONLY 1/2 my weight in ounces of pure water and vitamins this is it.
