I would go to nutripeaks.com, balancelog.com, or even dietpower.com…. all these websites are ones that you can plug in your food items and exercise and it will show you where your goal weight is, how long it will take to reach it and if you are eating the correct food or not. I personally use balance log and it is great!

Some of those diets may not work, but i have heard of this pill called Alli or something like that. It is an over the counter drug and is also FDA approved. It has steps to tell you how to lose weight and it can help you too. It has like all these tips in it, you might want to try it out.

Can I ask a question? How tall are you and what do you weigh? Because if you are tall enough, then you won’t have to worry about that. That’s what happened to me, I had some BabyFat and I just grew taller and it went away.

Maybe try just going to the gym or a very active sport.

Just read the labels on everything you eat. Trust me, I lost 55lbs. just by cutting back on Fat, Saturated Fat, Cholesterol, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt (sodium, which is in Everything!) & increasing the Fiber.

I’m not sure about a meal planner, but if you try to have your biggest meals earlier in the day and smaller meals at dinner then that may help. Having the biggest meals in the morning boosts your motablism and you have all day to burn those calories.

    Hope it helps hun! <3
