    if you maintain hydrated you wont hold it…my problem is that day i had more sodium then water….you can always try 1 day and see from there if its something for you. ;)

    My problem tends to be in the evenings….I get tempted to snack at night so i try everything in the world to keep my mind off it ….including being on Youtube…your video’s and other’s keep me motivated Thanks!

    yea I’m sure thats what it is just odd cause it was all home made broth…the amount of ounces though figures!
