i put eggwhite protein powder, nonfat milk, chocolate flavored whey protein powder, and fruit in my blender- do you have a problem with that? if so you need to rethink what exactly you know about nutrition- i hope you aren’t one of those idiots who throw away the yolk of the egg.

  • EricKomans says:

@XIPM3 You have to be really irresponsible to not know what you’re putting in your blender, haha…

  • mygoatisdead says:

Sure I do. Lots of protein and nutrients also. The point I’m making is that natural simple food (eggs, whole wheat toast, fresh fruit) is far better than processed, it’s really that simple.

  • romanosalvatore says:

    Hahaha.

  • XIPM3 says:

Yolk is essential for you, quit being a bitch and eat the fucking yolk.

  • XIPM3 says:

there is nothing wrong with protein shakes, you probably don’t even know what’s in them.

  • mygoatisdead says:

He’s right, honey on whole wheat toast is very good for you, one hell of a lot better than refined sugary jam. Add in fresh fruit, meat or eggs, and no stupid protein shakes, black coffee instead.

  • brainburrito says:

Yes Steveteaches, the “skim” milk refers to nonfat or lowfat milk. In those days milk was not homogenized so the cream floated to the top and could be skimmed off with a spoon.

  • steveteaches says:

first: the carcinogens and milk fat thing is pretty recent.
second: did they have nonfat then?

  • bigbitchification says:

Wow never knew he looked this great

  • Staff7 says:

You realize he said skim milk right?

  • alanblake1492 says:

A lot of what Jack said then relates to today. A few things slightly off but his thinking was way ahead of the curve.

  • Nakutao says:

    great advice!

  • thatbastardson says:

you wont make it to 94.

  • 1onevideo1 says:

Make your own milk. One cup oats to two cups of water. Place in a jug and either leave it overnight then strain it or blend it with a hand blender and strain it.

Looks like milk. Tastes ok. You can add cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg etc.

Costs much less than buying oat milk (which costs about three times the price of cows milk)

  • romanosalvatore says:

Yolk has a lot of cholesterol.

  • HarmonicsExplorer says:

Come on, he looks like a 94 year old, I’ve seen other ninety something year old people, and he looks no better. He’s hanging in there.

  • supersocco says:

    jack throws out the yolk

  • steveteaches says:

im not a particularly big fan of milk either, mostly because of those reasons and now they say that carcinogens might be bonding to the fat molecules in whole milk so there’s more reason to stay away..

but once or twice a week can;t be too bad in small glasses

  • green2lean says:

Milk was much cleaner and healthier during his time. Back then cattle were grass more often and less toxins in the feed. Additionally there are more additives in milk products today – toxic additives. Have you noticed that milk tastes sweetened in the last few years? I feel that sweeteners are being added to cover the taste of chemicals.

It’s been proven this is taking place in China. Melamine as added to fool protein tests because it’s high in nitrogen.

“I can’t afford to die, it would ruin my image” ….funny stuff. He is my hero for fitness and hope I can live as long as he.

  • steveteaches says:

well you have to get the fats, and it’s coming with the meat anyway, so it’s not worth the wasted calories coming from fatty cheeses and milks

  • steveteaches says:

the non fat and low fat is to make your portions larger. if you knew anything you’d know he was right. as for the lean cuts of meat: that’s the dietary fat you need for your body to run properly.

  • HealthQuestion says:

He is 94 today, and looks 60. Not to mention all those incredible feats he accomplished…I don’t want to judge, but only a moron would ignore the fact that he is living proof of what he preached. He is the light that cuts through all the bullshit advice of today’s sold out dietitians.

  • jhssuthrnmama says:

You’re right, that is a much more detailed & accurate description. We can make fat & protein, but not all the ones we need. The ones we can’t make are called “essential” AA’s & FA’s, and there simply are no essential carbs b/c we can make them all.
