    if your on the go ,its a good replacement for a meal. it wont help for weight loss if the rest of your diet isn’t up to par.

    I use whey protein shakes for breakfast and one “snack.”

    From my understanding it has great health benefits. For the purpose of fitness and weight loss it helps you to retain muscle and recover faster from work outs. People like body builders would take alot more than someone who is simply trying to lose wieght or tone up.

    well protein can build muscles if combined with exercise… so then you burn more fat faster.. its been working for me quite well this summer..

    the best tasting protein shakes that are made from whey are from Jay Robb’s company.. you can order them online! highly recommended!

    Protein shakes and meal replacement shakes are two very different things the meal replacement shakes like slim fast ect are meant to make you loose weight, protein shakes are to build muscle and must be consumed within 30 minutes of working out. As far as meal replacement shakes THANK GOD FOR THEM — I dont have the time to cook and every meal I eat is take – out (I work like a psycho) and since I switched 2 meals to shakes Ive lost about 18 lbs in 3 months granteed I know if I exercised more than I did I would’ve lost alot more
