I need help please. Im gettting so depressed from things not working out. Please give any safe no pills needed tips for me. I find that walking up and down stairs is difficult and simple things like tying shoes. I’m too young for this. But I have no money to go to these weight loss centers. Please help!

    Below is a sample menu for a day. As you can see I have recommended several small and light meals as opposed to three heavy meals a day. I also recommend walking 10,0000 steps everyday. Use a pedometer that counts the number of steps and to check number of calories burned. Please consult your own physician to analyze your condition first before starting a new fitness regimen and diet.

    Half an hour before breakfast
    diluted grape juice, 2:1 with water, slipped slowly

    Breakfast
    Fresh raw fruit (especially citrus) or fresh raw fruit with low-fat yogurt. And choice of:
    - fresh raw fruit and a small handful of nuts
    -poached eggs and fruit
    -poached eggs and whole grain such as brown rice or millet
    -salad
    -salad and nuts
    -salad and lot fat yogurt

    Midmorning
    Choose from:
    Fresh vegetables such as carrot or celery sticks.
    Apple
    1 fruit plus 8-12 almonds
    Herb tea
    Dandelion coffee
    Raw or baked tofu (like teriyaki)

    Half an hour before lunch
    Diluted red grape juice

    Lunch
    Always have a raw mixed salad composed of at least 3 vegetables. In addition, choose from:
    -beans
    -white fish
    -turkey or chicken breast (twice per week only)
    -tofu
    -whole grain
    -baked potato wit skin (2-3 times per week only, in any meal)
    -nuts or seeds

    Midafternoon
    Same as midmorning

    Half an hour before supper
    Diluted red grape juice

    Supper
    Raw salad or cooked vegetables
    Protein and whole grain (1 cup cooked)

    In addition to basic diet, take 1 tbsp raw bran with 1-2 glasses of water 10-15 minutes prior to each meal. This tends to reduce appetite.
