    Wow, amazing results! Congratulations, I am just now starting my water fast. I hope that I pull through it. Its been rough the first two days. I’ve been resisting the urge to eat. But my hunger pangs are slowly dissipating, which is good. Thanks for uploading, its been a real help!

    You only lose muscle if you don’t use it. At the fast camp I was on we did lots of exercise. In the end I survived for 12 days without food and without dying :-) .
    You have to listen to your body – when you feel you’ve had enough just break the fast. Experts say the most important benefits step in after 2 or 3 days.You can work up to that a quarter of a day at a time.
    You’re right it’s propoganda – fasting improves health rather than endangers it. Look, too, how often in appears in the Bible.

    There’s lots of propaganda out there about this subject. “If you fast, you’ll lose muscle, including heart muscle. It’ll kill you in the end.” That BS. It’s good to see these types of vids. I’d like to fast even half the time you have, but it’s tough. I can go 48-49 hours, but that’s it.
