I’m running in to a lot of problems finding a diet that will work for us. We have a two month old that I’m breast feeding and my husband keeps kosher. I know weight loss isn’t generally recommended for breast feeding women but I’m very over weight and have a horrible diet. We need to learn how to eat healthy and trim down for our sons sake before we train him how to eat in a few months. I’ve tried to work on our diet in the last two months but with life as it is right now the same thing keeps happening- we run out of time and ask what’s for dinner far to late to actually make anything this causes an argument and we end up eating crap fast food or what ever we can find (like mozzarella and French fries). This needs to stop I just don’t know how. I’ve looked at e-diets.com and they are tailored enough… any other ideas?
sparkpeople don’t let you use their site if you are breast feeding though they do send you to a sister site for pregnant woman. Still doesn’t work for both of us and doesn’t allow for Kosher cuisine. Thanks though
go to sparkpeople.com, i think that will help!
No site or planner can help you until u yourself take time out to eat healthy. Just eat healthy and nutritious.
sparkpeople.com is good and free…good luck
try sparkpeople.com. i’m doing it right now. i find it really helpful because it builds a flexible program around people who don’t have time to cook a lot or if you have kids. it also uses a goal system. my goal this week is to stop drinking soda and eat two veggies a day
