Is this a good meal plan for losing weight?

7am Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs
1 slice wholemeal toast
1 fruit
2 glasses of water
10:30 Snack:
apple or other fruit
12:40 Lunch:
Salad with ham or chicken or turkey and cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, 1/4 cup carrot
1 slice whole wheat bread
4:15 Snack:
another fruit
6:30 Dinner:
1 Chicken breast & salad & vegies
Thats just sort of a sample, but im going to change the meals every now and again
Should I make any changes to it? Will this provide me with effective weight loss?
Im also going gym 4-5 times a week burning 450-600 calories on the elliptical machine and some strength training

Great plan, however if you eat junk food and I’m guessing you do because you are going on a diet, you shouldn’t really cut all that stuff out at once. Slowly cut back on unhealthy food and snacks. But the plan looks amazing I wish you the best of luck.
you need to cut it down a little as the fruit has more fat in it then you think

There are plenty of ways to lose weight. I will give you some tips to help you acheive your goal of losing weight safely.
First I recommend you get 8-10 hours of sleep so your not tired. Try to eat 3-4 healthy nutritious meals spready throughout the day
(10%fat/40%protein/50%carbs/). Exercise atleast 3 times a week for 45 minutes or more. Try to cut out the sweets/fats and replace it with
vegetables/fruits. Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day. You also want to meditate everyday for 10minutes; imagine your body losing weight during
