You are doing great. Feeling headachy and tired even when you’re used to fasting is normal from what I understand. Glad you enjoyed your awesome meal last night. I’m breaking my fast at around 5 pm with Mexican food. Hopefully I can check in later. Way to go!!!

You just do what works for you sweet one. We all have different paths that lead to our goals and this just happens to be what works of me. I support you no matter what path you choose. ((hugs))

I know I commented on this before, but it came up in my subscriptions again… I tried to do it one day last week, and I ended up eating forgetting I was on it..so that day didn’t work, then I tried again but I got ill…so couldn’t finish it out. Maybe right now is not the right time for me, cus I didn’t have these issues when I did my lemonade fast. Anyways I may try at the end of the week, who knows. Thanks for showing us parts of your day. ((hugs))

It is amazing how those cravings can soon pass if we occupy ourselves with something else. Food absolutely tastes better. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. I hope you’re having a blessed day and have a great weekend!!

Way to go!!! You are doing good. LOL, about the coffee taste. I guess you have to acquire it, lol. Acquire the taste for an ashtray. Great idea about freezing half of the banana!!! Keep me posted.

I am inching my way to the 19 hours of fasting. Started yesterday and made it to 15 hours. I have a desk job and am not always busy so when not busy I focus more on the hunger. Can’t do black coffee, leaves my mouth tasting like a dirty ashtray and I don’t even smoke. Also have an 11 month old an we normally share a banana in the morning. Find that I have been throwing half away. Could freeze half and give her the other…solved that problem! Feel great. working up to 19 hours.

YES!!! When I’m refeeding I don’t binge but I don’t deprive myself of anything. I have sensible meals and exercise control but I don’t pig out. The fact that I allow myself to pretty much eat what I want, within reason, during the refeed means I never really feel deprived. Whenever I have a craving, I just tell myself you can have that later. Often later, I realize it was just a craving and don’t even want it. Food DOES taste better. Losing weight and loving it! God bless and best wishes.

    You’ve got that right!

And coffee is my second addiction…

  • hislivingsacrifice says:

I used to drink my coffee with heavy cream. The black coffee took some getting used to…now I don’t like it anymore with cream unless it’s a very sweet coffee drink and I have it for dessert or a special treat.

They are yummy! I purchase them in Walmart in the Oriental section.

  • hislivingsacrifice says:

Thanks Rachele. I don’t have a very physical job, so that’s probably why it’s working well for me.

  • hislivingsacrifice says:

I would absolutely agree with you. The healthier the food, the better you feel.

  • Rachele77 says:

Hey Paula, Good luck with this. Something I couldn’t do, I would get too light headed as my job is very physical! R

  • msixpackabs says:

Paula here’s what. They say that normally a meal should bust a person’s energy level, unless the food intake consist in unhealthy choices. Only then the digestion process is hard and we feel like…well you know. The foods I eat…they really give me energy.

  • learningmoderation says:

Thanks for explaining. It makes sense that you lose weight while doing that.

How’d you get used to drinking black coffee? I can’t imagine it.
    :)

  • Imskinnyinside says:

wasabe pees…interesting. I wonder if I’d like those.

  • hislivingsacrifice says:

Coffee actually curbs my appetite. I usually sip on one to two cups throughout the entire day. Most people guzzle one down quickly, but I savor mine, lol.

  • Elizabeth01010101 says:

Coffee has caffeine which is known to be an appetite stimulant. What is your response to this because I think you drink this during the day. Does it increase your appetite? Just cuirous?
