    also once you lost the weight i know its easy to gain it back, what i do is drink lots of water and green tea pills, and if you eat a lot, eat every meal of the day plus snacks on the side. it gains up your metabolism

    1- go dit
    2- dont eat suger, oil,and not too mucch carbohydrat
    3- dont eat befor go to bed
    4- drink a lot of water
    5- do not eat junky food
    6- walk 45 min / day
    have a good luck

    Low fat diet…My doctor gave to me a few years ago & to my daughter today at the ER. Google it…low fat diet for GI problems & you can buy all your food at the grocery store. No special expensive foods. It works & you won’t be hungry. Actually it is more a healthy way of eating than a diet. :)

    Did you know that the American diet is 50% fat? That is why the low fat diet works. And remember…it is “low fat”…not “no fat”. Check it out. It will be well worth it.

    It depends on what kind of diet is good for you.
    I am not sure what your health issues are but the very fact that you saying you need to lose 70lbs means you need to consult a physician.
    My doctor recommended a modified version of the South Beach Diet because I have hypoglycemia which added to my frustrations of weight loss.
    Please see a physician before you start any diet and/ or online dietary program because you could have underlying health conditions!
    Anyway I know people always like to preach on here but I know what it is like to be desperate and overweight… I just hope you look out for yourself. Here are some sites you can check out… good luck with everything and please talk to your doctor.
