Um, I am doing a weight loss program right now with a nutritionist. He has me on a very strict diet. You basically have to pay money for information like this.

    Vitamin Supplement:
3 multivitamins, 2 fatty acid softgels, 1 linoleic acid softgel, 1 potassium capsule

Meat, Poultry and Fish: 2 portions, 8 oz. a day. Beef and pork are counted as the same, limited to twice a week and I can only eat 5 oz. at a time. Do not mix meats.

Dairy: 2 Tbsp. skim milk a day (like in coffee). No cheese. eggs count as a protein and one serving (3 eggs) can be eaten twice a week. Cottage cheese also allowed (7 oz.), counted as a protein. Can be mixed with eggs (like, 2 eggs and 3 oz. of cc).

Vegetables: 4 portions a day, 1 cup raw, 1/2 cooked. No starchy veggies, like corn, carrots, beans and peas.

Fruit: 3 potions a day, 1/2 cup raw.

Starch: 2 portions a day, 80 calories or less. 1/4 cup potato or brown rice three times a week.

Proti-Diet protein supplements: 2 supplements a day (helps recharge your metabolism by eating a lot of protein).

Drinks: 8 8-oz. glasses of water a day. One cup tea or coffee per day allowed. No soft drinks, fruit juices, concentrates, etc.

Extras: No oils, butters, condiments. Using Pam is allowed, as is fat-free dressing (1-2 Tbsp.) as long as it is done in moderation. Only herbs that don’t have salt in them are allowed. Must take 1/4 tsp. Morton’s Lite salt per day (a potassium-based salt that helps regulate your body and works with the potassium pill).

I don’t have to exercise and I lose 2-3 lbs. a week. I’m eating more and losing weight. It’s going to take less than a year to lose all of the weight I need. I would recommend finding a nutritionist who specializes in weight loss and get on a plan like this one. The vitamins I take combined with my diet plan are the closest thing you can get to a magic pill.
