    Hi Trophy Wife :)

I could go on and on with weight loss / diet affirmations and motivational ways to help encourage you how to stop emotional eating.  But some of the best help with this is at my informational weight loss blog below.  It has a ton of helpful tips and information and encouraging words, articles, links and a free report.  I also provide personal assistance so let me know if I can help you find the best solution.  Changing your psyche, mental and emotional thoughts and feelings are the hardest, but you are in control.  You just need help getting through it.  I’m a great listener and very supportive.  I love to encourage others to overcome their issues.  Sometimes all it takes is knowing someone’s there for ya’, and I am :)   I’ve been there, done that!  You can contact me through my site below or email me at admin@weightlosstipsthatworkfast.com.

In the meantime, here’s some uplifting quotes and facts for you :)

When you use food to comfort yourself you are actually denying yourself what you truly deserve.
A client told me that she loves to come home after a difficult day at work and squirrel away into the quiet corner of her family room, with a sugared-up coffee and donut.
I asked her, “What does this do for you?” “What are you looking for?” … she realized that she was looking for a calm corner to relax. She deserved to relax. She deserved to love herself; to find comfort in a comfortable chair and take in deep breaths. She deserved to let go of the day. She deserved to embrace her feelings and herself.
Before you give into the ‘devil’s food’ and this type of ‘false idol’ thinking (yes, food is a false idol; worship something on a higher plane, please), please take a moment to pause, reflect and observe.
Ask yourself, “What will this food give me?” “What am I looking for?” “Is there something I need more than food?” Identify the Real need.
YOU, my friend, DESERVE “weigh” BETTER!
Please … tell me: What do YOU really deserve?
Spread the deserving word … NOT the icing!
I deserve LOVE! Not donuts; not cake; not burgers or fries – which, in the end, turn against me.
    Yes, I deserve more.
I DESERVE to love me more than food!
I deserve to feel comfortable in my body.

You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She’s 97 today and we don’t know where the hell she is!

You’ve got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It’s called perseverance.
