I think post-indulgence days are the BEST days to weigh in if you’re not a crazy-person like me. They reflect your weight as a person who is still living her life while actively endeavoring to change a part of herself for the better.

Yay for 1 pound down! You are doing awesome with the intermittent fasting!
I need tostito scoops to eat with our homemade chili last night. Yumm! I also picked up some snack pretzels and wasabi peas. I should make a weekly menu for my family, but do not. I try to prepare weekly dinners though and avoid eating out during the week. Tonight it is BLT sandwiches with okra. I’m getting hungry thinking of food and I don’t eat BREAK – fast until around 5pm.

Thanks…one pound a week is very healthy and reasonable, especially when you’re close to goal like I am. I can’t expect to drop several pounds a week.
Great work. So what did you buy that was good to eat. Do you make a menu for your family? I think I would eat better if I had a better plan.
