    CONGRATS! I LOVE IF! You are EXACTLY right about the portions. I struggle with the calorie couting and the portions. But I have no problem fast four 24 hours (inc. sleep) and then eating. I fast Su, T, Th and ReFeed M, W, F, Sa. I work out on days I refeed as well. I AM so excited to see this is working for someone else.

    Thanks! I’ve been battling this weight issue for a year now and after spiritual fasting and seeking God, I’ve been set free. Now the weight is gradually coming off. All praise be to God for the work He has done in me!!

    I bet you are so elated! I’ll be doing a weigh in on Saturday and it’s always a scale gain whenever I cut calories and start exercising again after a long break. I say “scale gain” because I know it’s not actual weight. Happens to me EVERY time. I used to freak out about it but now I know it’s normal for my body.

    Thanks girlie!! I can’t believe I’ve lost just shy of 30 lbs!! Praise God. My initial goal weight is 130 lbs. I’m short, 5’2″, so 130 lbs is a good place to set my sights on.
