the two of you could take a couple days a week and jog together. get in the kitchen and find recipies for low fat smoothies, try out what you make. go shopping together for a new outfit as you lose weight.treat yourself to something nice for each other when you lose say 5 lbs. if your friend looses 5 lbs get her a 5 dollar gift, 10 lbs 10 dollars and so on. take advantage of 2 for 1 intro specials at places like curves or your local gym or spa. or if you would rather exercise at home have your friend gather some of her fav music on cd;’s and you do the same then you can work out one week at your place and the next week at hers then make a nice lunch for yourselves afterwards

how about this, get off your a.ss and do ANYTHING. also, STOP EATING so much and eat healthy. if you need losing weight to be fun and not as a thing you have to do, you need to rethink your morales. if your still in school, get in ANY sport program with your friends and go to practice everyday, drink lots of water, and eat plenty of carbs AND VERY VERY LOW INTAKE OF SUGARS. Losing weight should be a must. GET IT DONE!!!!!!
whatever you like to do…..its always fun when u have someone working out with you…..i toss around a frisbee with a friend for about 30min….not a big workout but hey its a freaking start
Vary the excercises that make you sweat 30 minutes/day. Try skipping rope one day, walking two miles another day, riding a bike 4 miles another day. ALWAYS ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE YOU DO ANY ROUTINE. Your weight/bone mass may not be able to take the punishment! Getting shin splints is VERY difficult to heal!
Take walks together, before you know you won’t believe how far you have walked. Swimming is great exercise and always better with a friend. You can race and play games and also dive for things. In my experience I have always been more succesful when trying to lose weight with someone else. Then when you have a craving or are feeling down. They can help you and then you can do the same for them.

3)If you have a diabetes melitus desease do not eat to much some sweets or sweet drinks and its rice should be limited
4)You must do a physical exercise everyday in the morning for at least a half hour or more such as jogging,cycling,walking in haste,playing tennis etc
5)You must eat more fruits and vegetables especially at dinner
6)You must drink only fresh water daily at least one and a half litre
7)You must consult to a doctor if you have done the said above activities in sricly discipline, but your weight is still no decrease.

you should eat breakfast and lunch and for dinner have fruits and yogurt and don’t eat after six!!Then dance all night 2 the music u love!!!!!!!!!!
