I am trying to lose weight and am a really picky eater, I figured instead of struggling and trying to choke down nasy food I don’t like I would just replace meals with shakes. I have had a shake every morning for breakfast and sometimes for lunch too and then I eat a normal dinner. My question was are the boost shakes with fibre a good choice and what can I expect my weight loss to be?
shakes are a bad idea. people who use meal replacements end up loosing weight, and gaining 1.5 times to 3.5 times the weight they lost. try eating normal meal and counting your chews. if you do this for a few days it helps you chew more and boosts you matabalism. good luck. try walk too.
unless you are eating like 700 calories for dinner you are not eating enough. you need to eat a min of 1200 calories even if you are trying to lose weight. it is actually beneficial to eat a little more then it is less. everyone’s body will react differently to dieting so it is hard to predict how much you will lose
*mix chocolate boost with ice and a little splenda in a blender with banana. it is yummy.
**try heating chocolate boost up it is like hot chocolate or mixing it with coffee and it is like a mocha.
