its easy for me and i could lose 30 lbs in a month. but its so hard to stay motivated.

    There is nothing motivating about knowing that you’re trying to lose too much weight in one month. 30 pounds is simply unhealthy…even if it is realistic for you.

    A good way to stay motivated is to set a specific goal for yourself. Every day, try and find a quote that fits with your specific mold and write it on your bathroom mirror (in dry erase marker) this will remind you of your goal each time you use the restroom.

    And yeah, just remember why you’re losing weight in the first place, and you’ll get back on your feet.
