whats a good meal replacement for TWICE a day for weight loss? I cannot deal with having to be around food or actually “making” something…….. that spells sabotage for me… I need to just open a can or a wrapper.(for just a 2 week kick start)..thanks:)

    Try mixing them up, so you don’t get bored and cheat.

    The SlimFast Optima meal and snack bars are pretty tasty and have alot less sugar than the other ones. I swear by them for hunger control and weightloss!!

    Kashi bars and cereals and fruit and water.

    I prefer the energy bars because the fullness last longer and you don’t have to worry about trying to keep them chilled while on the go. my best answer is they both work, just mix them up for variety and watch the sodium and fat. Compare the protien and carb amounts and choose the ones that will give you energy.
