Whats a good whey protein drink for weight-loss?

I’m a 20 yr. old female 5’1 127lbs and i just started going to the gym and i don’t eat a lot of meat..maybe 2 or 3 times a week tops so i need a good meal replacement to get my protein in. I don’t want to bulk up on huge muscles, i want to loose weight and tone up. Any ideas of a decent tasting low calorie high whey protein drink?

Any true body builder will tell you that there is no better source of protein than the almighty chocolate milk. I know I might sound crazy, but look it up. Chocolate milk has good protein and the carbs in the chocolate part send that protein to your muscles quick. Also if you want extra protein add a cup of powdered milk to your chocolate milk and it practically doubles the protein.
Its quick, it is LOADED with protein, it doesnt taste like crap, and its super cheap compared to the alternative
You don’t want to drink protein to lose weight…
just keep doing what you are doing, protein will just increase muscle mass if you work out and specially whey protein.
whey protein is what the body builders use.
I drink Optimum Nutrition (vanilla ice cream). I use this to get more protein into my diet. I am not trying to bulk up or anything either. It actually tastes good. Use about 8oz of milk and two scoops. Or you can use water instead of milk. If you use milk use like 2%.
Also egg whites are a really good source of protein. They don’t smell that great when cooking but I put a little bit of salsa on them to make them taste better. Try eating more fruits and veggies. Boneless skinless chicken is really good for you too.

I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!

Also to tone muscle (obviously you want a little muscle tone which is very sexy when done right) make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue
