ive been cutting calories for months now. i run 2 miles 3 times a week and stretch. i have protien meal replacement shakes, drink atleast 7 glasses of water, and i eat small meals every three hours and i dont see even the slightest results. i t hink maybe its my diet? I want to lose 25 pounds pretty fast but not unhealthy fast.

    Try eating more, drinking more water (at least 8 eight ounce glasses) and doing exercise EVERY DAY. You are probably in ‘starvation mode’ because of your ‘protein meal shakes’ and your not eating enough ‘good food’ (at least 1500 calories every day) … I have the same problem, and it’s really ‘difficult’ to lose weight, because I can’t eat ‘more’ now that my stomach has shrunk. I had to start to ‘gain some’ to get to where I could start ‘losing’ again.

    You may not be getting enough calories…if you eat too little your body will go into a preservation mode and your metabolism with slow down.

    if you are able to run that much you are obviously fit. remember muscle weighs heaver than fat so as long as your healthy you should need to loose all this weight!

    . You need to combine your exercise routine with weight training. Alternate days. One day run or walk 2 or 3 miles, then next day, do sit ups, leg lifts, use free weights for arms..etc….Basic calisthenics and cardio combined. Also, you are supposed to drink half your weight in water each day…for example if you weigh 150lbs, you should be drinking 75 oz of water each day. Calories matter! You can look up on the Internet how many calories per day you are to have for your age and active lifestyle. Once you find that, subtract 200 to 400 calories per day to lose the weight.     first, running doesn’t help you loose weight, it help you gaining strong body (cardio) though. I would go for a brisk walk everyday instead, and be active through out the day eg. taking stairs, walk to places where you usually drive. Drinking lots of water and eat small meals are very good idea but I don’t know anything about the protein meal replacement shakes. I don’t think you need it if you eat right. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, nuts and seeds for your everyday snack. Avoid, refined grains, you need fiver food to loose weight. I find if I avoid wheat, I loose weight fast. No junk food of course…Take hemp seed oil daily, it will help you loose weight as well. I lost about 10 pounds in 5 months just doing the simple things like above. If you want to loose faster, try 6 weeks body makeover by Michael Thurmond. It is super hard but it works. I lost 5 pounds in 1 week…the problem is if you stop eating like it said you gain weight.     I logged onto jandsherbal.com and request a diet sample pack. I did and I lost 21 lbs in 2 months. I have more energy than I thought, and its not unhelathy. give it a try and good luck
