What are some creative ways to hold someone accountable for their weight loss without spending money?

Things such as doing weigh-ins with groups worked, but now that the holidays are here saving money is important. Need some homemade solutions to hold a friend accountable, she’s one of those people who needs someone on her about it 24/7 pushing her. Any ideas?
Truly, sounds to me like it is not YOUR problem.
A person does not adhere to a diet or follow a health plan unless he/she is dedicated.
Consider tough love; a cessation of enabling and “helping” if you really want to help.
try reward and taking things away -talk to her on a daily bases -re insure her that you are her friend and if you can put a effort to help her then she can make an effort for you-tell her that your not living in her body and care so it should be more important for her to care -doctors have recently found if the weight probably is over 100 lbs then it is a mental disorder and can be helped with a diabetic drug that helps suppress appetite–i wish you and your friend lots of luck ,and tell her for me she is lucky to have a friend like you who cares
