im a teen girl, 15 almost 16 years old. i am overweight. i do have a lot of muscle especially in my legs. my stomach isnt that big though. some people say i dont look that big for my weight. im 220lbs people help me out. i dont feel comfortable in my own skin. what are some diet methods.
Don’t listen to that guy who answered first.You don’t need to do anything drastic, or do it too quickly because I promise you it will NOT last.If anything you’ll be more miserable. I’m 19 and at your age I was around the same weight as you are.
First off, find an exercise you enjoy. Dancing, walking while listening to an iPod or swimmin, which is my favorite! Aim to do your exercise once a week. Next, buy yourself a pair of sexy jeans or a dress in a size smaller.Fit it on every single Friday afternoon until you fit into it perfectly!!
Next, you need to find a routine of eating that suits you, without making you feel deprived or starved. I read Paul McKenna’s book “I Can Make You Thin” when I was 15 and not only did I lose weight, I felt AMAZING.No longer feeling like the fat loser in the corner. I felt confident. Try it
You need to cut out the bad habits (because that’s all that’s holding you back) and learn to love yourself and find the positives in yourself every single day.
