whats the best way to lose weight, other than the obvious exercise, improved diet? i have tried to use these but as far they havent worked

    You could try cleansing your body of the toxins that are built up inside which will also rid of a lot of fat and water weight. Cleansing is healthy and is not a diet.     1. Drink only water and nothing else. Ensure you drink a gallon daily. Of course, you’ll have to make frequent trips to the bathroom but it’ll eliminate some of the toxins present. Moreover proper hydration will ascertain your metabolism is functioning at optimum.

    2. Eliminate all types of carbohydrates. What this does is it forces your body to empty all its glycogen stores in the muscles and liver. You’ll also lose some water weight this way since a gram of glycogen contains about 2.2 oz of water. So while eliminating glycogen, your losing water too.
