You’re better off slowly reducing portions and going for daily walks that last at least 20 minutes. You don’t even have to walk fast. You’ll be surprised how fast the weight comes off.
If it worked, people wouldn’t have to sell it by spamming people on Yahoo Answers.
All I know is that the acai berry has the most antioxidants. It is an extremely healthy fruit, but in a sense, ALL fruit can help you lose weight because of the energy they provide, as well as vitamins and fiber. Sadly, there is no fruit that necessarily ‘melts’ the weight off… you could get by with blueberries or raspberries instead!
NO! I hate to yell, but people really need to understand. Everyone is looking for the quick weight loss fix. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. Please read the fine print on EVERY add you see for them. They all say the same thing. “when used with diet and exercise”. That should tell you something. It’s the diet and exercise that works. “these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Not intended to cure or treat any disease”. THat means that these so called supplements are not regulated by anyone. They don’t even have to have the ingredients that they claim. This stuff has been going on for years. Everyone wants the quick fix.The American public is dumb enough to spend millions on them every year. So go ahead. Throw you hard earned dollars away if you want. There is only one way to lose weight. Diet and exercise. More going out than going in. That’s it. It’s not going to happen fast. You didn’t gain it fast, you are not going to lose it fast. Do the work. It will pay off.
One thing that brought my dieting and losing weight out of the plateau I was in so long was the Acai Berry. I was stuck at my weight loss goals and this brought me through it and made me lose a lot of weight. So in my opinion it helped me lose weight tremendously. I know a lot of that dieting stuff is expensive but I found a free trial of Acai Berry(I think it only cost me like 7-8 bucks at the time for shipping.) As far as I can tell, there are no proven weight loss benefits from the acai berry, juice, or capsules.
It does seem to be a great supplement (I take it, but don’t sell the stuff!) and is full of anti oxidents, which help prevent damage to your body. But that’s what you should take it for, not weight loss or fat burning.
The acai berry itself is an amazing thing – has a lot of anti oxidents etc and is really good for you.
But there’s nothing really to suggest in scientific terms that it helps with weight loss.
And there are a lot of scams out there, be careful where you buy it from!
I take it, and I think I feel healthier and better. But it’s not some type of magic formula, sorry.
