Quick ways to loss weight?!?

I just noticed today that I’ve gained about 15-20 pounds in that past 3 months! I’ve been eating,drinking and exercising the same way I have my entire life. Why am I gaining weight? And what are ways I can loss it quickly? I feel heavy and gross >_<
Okay, I know theres no tremendolsy fast ways, unless you use drugs or something which I won’t do. But, I run for an two hours a day with my track team, I act which despite it all is excresing cause I do roles that envole alot of running around the stage. I jog on the way to the youth group center where I do the acting, I jog to the vets office where I voulnter at, and I go to a gym fairly offen.And I only eat once a day (Not by choice thats just all the more I need to be full) And I only eat half a sandwich or something. I’ve only grown and inch and a half in the past year, so I don’t think thats it.

No quick ways exist, you have to realize that.
best thing to do is run (till you sweat) at least 40 min a day, cut back on the calories to max 2000 a day and keep to it.
you might want to consider taking Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) as well, to speed the weight loss up.
it might be puberty, or maybe you grew taller? or maybe you are eating more of the same food?
You hit a point where what you eat suddenly hits you. When it hit me, I was shocked. I only realized it when non of my clothing fit. What you have to do now it watch what you eat. You have to, or weight will continue to gain. Do you have a job? Why don’t you get an active job for now? You get paid and get good exercise.
