Is eating a small meal every 2hrs and exersising alot a good weight loss plan?

have u used it and gotten results? also what can i eat as the small meals? can i eat anything? i mean i know not sugary things but everything else? how much exercise should i do? how smalls those this meals have to be?
I keep hearing the same thing. My husband did it and got great results. I am starting to do it do as of last week. The scale says I lost 6 pounds, but I don’t feel like it at all.
Eat mainly fruits, veggies, and low fat proteins. I would stay away from breads and pasta.
I am working out at least 5 days a week, including weight training. I keep hearing over and over again that weight training is the key.

It worked for me, I eat 5 or 6 small meals a day.
I’ve lost about 9 pounds in Two months.
I’ve also been working out and eating better, but over all I feel I have more energy, I use to be sleepy all the time. Not any more.
Try eating for snacks: nuts, almonds, banana, apple, trail mixes (1/2 cup), non-fat yogurt with granola and berries etc…
try to stay away completely from fried and processed foods.

No, i would say make it solid three meals a day, don’t overdue it, take vitamins and supplements at your own discretion. For exercise do a lot of cardio, running is the best way to burn fat, but you have to push yourself to your limit, if you’re not in running shape, jog or power-walk, try for at least 40 mins, weight training does help, but in smaller more concentrated areas.
I have lost a fair amount of weight by eating 100-300 calories every 3 hours. Here are some of the things I have found I enjoy.
Calories – Food
150 – Lean Pockets Breakfast
150 – 4 Egg Whites, with Morningstar Sausage scrambles
120 – Smoothie(1/2 c light and fit Vanilla Yogurt, 1/2 c milk 1/4 peach(or1/2 banans, 1/4 pear, 5 Frozen berries etc.)
200 – Boca Burger with bun(I dont use mayo only mustard)
125 – Salad with dressing tomato feta or gorgonzola cucumber(one tip you actually can save alot of calories by putting your salad in a tupperware and shake it up so that very little dressing goes along way)
220 – sandwhich(try turkey subs like turkey pastrami or turki ham in order to trim some calories, and again no mayo or use smart beat)
look into smartones and lean cuisine as well but try not to have more than one meal frozen as the high sodium content will make you retain water which will be weight
