meal and exercise plan for five pound weight loss?

hello, i’m sixteen-years-old and i’d like to lose five pounds (in two weeks, if possible; if not, that’s fine). i was wondering what sort of meal plan i should follow and what types of exercises (nothing too long as i do have a lot of school work).
help is appreciated!
