1 whole grain bread slice, mayo, lean turkey slice, tomato.
An apple
or
1 whole grain bread slice, mayo, veggie burger.
A salad with an oild based dressing.
or
A salad with white chicken meat chunks.
An apple.
Dinner:
Grilled chicken, salad.
or
Lean turkey burger, veggies.
or
Grilled salmon, salad or veggies.
Snack:
Watermelon
or
Fat free vanilla yogurt, a few squares of dark chocolate crushed, fresh berries.
or
A fruit.
