I am 5’6′ and weigh 159llbs. I got up to 200 when I was pregnant. terrible i know. Now I am ready to lose that last 25 llbs. Any tips on specific meal plans, weight training exercises and success stories would be appreciated!!! I have never had to lose weight in my life no matter what I ate so I really need help now.
