    that sounds fine!
the girl above me, the first girl who answered, is retarded. doesn’t she know that peanut butter, tofu, cheese and yogurt all have a lot of protein? what a dumbass.

These are good healthy choices but it doesn’t seem like enough food to maintain. It seems more like a weight loss menu. Have you figured out how many calories you need to maintain your weight? The following is a rule of thumb. It doesn’t take into account your body type, age, fitness level, lean muscle mass, etc.

If you’re sedentary, multiply your weight by 14

If you’re moderately active, multiply your weight by 17

If you’re very active, multiply your weight by 20

Good luck and congrats on making such healthy choices!

In order to answer you question some basic information has to be given

    Current weight and height
    Age
How much physical activity you are doing each day

If you just want to maintain those top questions need to be answered so you know how many calories you need to sustain your current weight.

On the flip side, without the information:
    Breakfast- ok
Snack- add a protein (string cheese, yogurt, glass of milk, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 6 slices of deli meat, etc)
    Lunch- ok
    Snack- add a protein
Dinner- kill the yogurt with dinner since you already are putting cheese on the stew. Replace with a salad or large side of veggies, since you’re diet is lacking veggies.

Also soy beans (edemine) are great snack with great protein. Found in the frozen section. Boil for 6 minutes, drain, add a little salt, and eat warm.
