The website for Fat Vanish™ reveals a lot—this is a home-made program from an individual who is trying to sell his personal weight loss story to others. While this is well and good, and may provide inspiration for some, such systems rarely provide the support and educational materials most dieters are after. Since author Francesco Castano has no formal training, nor does he seem to have much experience as a trainer or coach, the only thing he can really offer is his advice—words of wisdom you can probably come to on your own.

Fat Vanish™ is a weight loss program that centers on a book written by someone who himself lost a considerable amount of weight.

Program in Focus

There is very little upfront information offered regarding Fat Vanish™—Castano spends much more time explaining what his philosophy is not rather than what it actually is. While it is understandable that he cannot divulge too much advice and still sell his book, a little more information about what this plan entails would be helpful (i.e. a sample page, example workout, or meal plan). It is not like typical fad diets, he states, and incorporates both dieting and exercising to accomplish weight loss goals.

•    More expensive than most other diet guides

•    Discourages the use of dietary supplements

•    Does not view appetite suppressants or fat burners as an essential part of weight loss

Final Thoughts

Fat Vanish™ is likely effective—a sensible diet and regular exercise have proven, over and over, to be the best foundation for a weight loss plan. And while Fat Vanish™ has a few positives, such as some good customer feedback and a 90 day trial period, it probably contains a lot of the same age-old weight loss wisdom you’ve heard before. So while we may agree with some of Castano’s conclusions, we don’t believe you have to purchase his rather pricey book to get there yourself. Along with dieting and exercising you may want to take a natural supplement that encourages weight loss and eases cravings, making the results of working out more apparent and dieting much easier.
