Its not a weight loss diet im just trying to maintain weight i have recently lost 100 pounds i am 16 6 feet 1 inches tall and around 151 pounds im just trying to maintain weight i workout 7 days a week on cardio for a minimum of 35 minutes and i lift 4 days. I really just need a meal sample of what i should eat because right now i just barley get 1000 calories

    You’ve probably noticed that this diet has a lot of snacks. but, thats fine! if you want to lose weight or just maintain it. whatever you do. don’t starve yourself kay?

    hey you just answered my question. Yeah im 16 too and i know im no getting the right intake. Like im actually only going to the bathroom like once a week.

    If you know right diet info and program, diet is easy. If you are really serious, you should have fast diet program that works for you. I recommend you my diet program for you.
